You unlock shortcuts by doing things in the right way and in the right order, not by leaning on growth hacks.

In marketing, there are certain steps you just can’t skip.

You need to (deeply) learn your ICP and uncover your value proposition. Then test your value proposition with real customers to make sure your product is something they actually want.

It’s hard work but doing it in the right order can save you time and a lot of effort and frustration.

Growth hacks can work for a little bit. But things will fall apart over time if you don't have a true North Star to follow.

Pressure from investors can make you want to take shortcuts... but sometimes you need to slow down a little to go faster in the long run.
